As a Facility Manager / Caretaker (m/f/d), you will be based at our production sites in Fürstenfeldbruck and Augsburg. With a wide range of daily tasks and responsibility for several Agile Robots buildings, you are guaranteed a varied role.
A varied range of tasks
- Managing several Agile Robots buildings at our sites in Fürstenfeldbruck and Augsburg
- You will be responsible for ensuring that everything in the building is in working order and that building services run smoothly
- This involves carrying out a wide variety of minor repairs to the building or furniture
- Assembling and dismantling furniture is just as much a part of your role as setting up and dismantling event equipment
- You will be the first point of contact for service providers and internal staff regarding caretaker matters
- Depending on the tasks at hand, there is a degree of flexibility regarding working hours; this role does not involve shift work or on-call duty

- You have a good technical understanding and manual dexterity, which you have ideally already demonstrated in a professional context
- A successfully completed apprenticeship in a manual or technical trade is an advantage, but we are also open to career changers
- A service-oriented, hands-on and independent working style
- You see yourself as a ‘feel-good manager’ in the field of building services
- You enjoy working with various internal departments and external service providers
- Fluency in German or English; ideally, you have knowledge of both languages
- Category B driving licence
